The upper floor is located at street level entering from the parking door with a space that can be used as a terrace / parking facing south-west and the apartment facing east.
This first apartment has a lounge with A/C, open kitchen and sea views. It has 2 bedrooms, both with A/C, one facing south and the other facing north. It also has a bathroom with shower.
The second apartment (on the same level) is accessed through an exterior corridor with a gate that connects from the outside of the first apartment.
Southeast facing is the main and largest apartment. Here is the private pool with terrace and spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the entire town of Nerja. It has a spacious living room with A/C, open kitchen, a dining room with arched windows with the same spectacular views as from the pool, and a bathroom with a shower. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one is large with a fireplace and is separated by a curtain from the living room. The second bedroom has A/C, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a large private terrace facing south.
This apartment can also be accessed by stairs from the south access on the other street.
On the ground floor, going down the stairs to the pool, you access the third apartment. This has an open kitchen, living room with A/C, two terraces, both facing southeast, one of them is large and both with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and the town. It has 2 bedrooms, both with A/C and one of them with bunk beds, it also has a bathroom with a shower and a storage room with 2 washing machines.
This last apartment has the entrance from the gate located on the south street.
Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”.
