The garden is constructed to the Arab style with fruit trees, flowers and ancient trees. On the third floor there is a large pool shaped wristwatch 22 meters in lenght with a deepth starting from 1.50 to 2.80 meters deep. This house is made with in Spanish style with an inner courtyard covered by glass wih six rooms where converge the central courtyard which is supported by eight stone columns.. The house has two floors:
- the ground floor consist with the living room, the cuisine patio, garage and three rooms with a small patio
- first floor with three other rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. All the details are painted and hand made in the famous school in Toledo.
The house has a total of 500 meters per floor and about 1000 square meters.
